摘    要:针对HG-465/13.7-L.PM 7型循环流化床锅炉,提出了1种基于床下启动燃烧器预烘装置和冷渣器旁路热风技术的新型烘炉方法.新方法包括使用床下启动燃烧器预烘装置对床下启动燃烧器进行预烘,利用旁路热风管将冷渣器与床下启动燃烧器连接,实现冷渣器和锅炉本体同步烘炉.另外对新方法在整体烘炉中的控制要点进行了讨论.最后将该方法与另外2种方法进行了对比,并指出了各自的优缺点.

Abstract:A new oven drying method is provided for HG-465/13.7-L.PM 7 CFB(Circulating Fluidized Bed) boiler, which utilizes the technique of under-bed starting burner preliminary drying unit and slag cooler gas bypass system. The new method can be performed in two steps. Firstly, to the under-bed starting burner, preliminary drying is realized by under-bed starting burner preliminary drying unit. Secondly, oven drying of the slag cooler and boiler is achieved synchronously by using bypass gas pipe to connect slag cooler with under-bed starting burner. The control outlines of the new method in total oven drying are also discussed. Lastly, comparing the new method with two other methods, advantages and shortcomings are given respectively.
