| 摘 要： | MIS应用系统适应性差，生命周期短是MIS应用系统难以解决的问题。产生这一问题的根本原因是MIS程序与数据库之间具有紧耦合的特性。通过“环境数据库”将数据库结构的时变转化为数据库数据的时变，使得对程序的维护变为对数据库数据的更新。从而提高MIS应用系统的自适应性。

| Abstract: | The poor adaptation and short life-time for the MIS application system are difficult problems. This is due to that the program closely couples with the database. By using the "environment database", the time-variation of the database structure is converted into that of the data of database; the modifying the program is converted into the updating the database. Then, the adaptation of the MIS application system is improved. |
