膜法油气回收处理装置控制系统设计

摘    要:针对膜法油气回收装置的运行特点,采用以PLC为下位机、嵌入式工控机为上位机、上层为远程监控计算机的3层控制结构,实现了对油气回收运行过程的自动控制、现场和远程监控。利用MCGS组态软件开发的现场和远程监控软件,能实现过程参数的实时显示和历史数据处理等功能。运行试验结果表明,该装置能使油气储罐的压力达到初始设定值之下,油气排放质量浓度降至16~22g/m3之间,低于国家标准25g/m3。

Abstract:According to the operating feature of membrane oil and gas recycling equipment,the automatic control,field and remote monitoring of the operating process of oil and gas recycling are realized by using the three-layer control structure of PLC as lower computer,insert industrial personal computer as upper computer and the remote-controlled computer in the upper layer.The field and remote-controlled software developed with MCGS software can realize the real-time display of process parameters and historic data treatment.The operating results show that the equipment can make the storage tank pressure below the initial set value,and the oil and gas displacement quality concentration decreased to 16~22 g/m3,which is below the national standard of 25 g/m3.
