国华三河电厂脱硫装置取消烟气旁路的研究

摘    要:三河发电厂二期工程是国内第1 个脱硫装置取消烟气旁路、采用“烟塔合一”新技术的电厂, 为自主开发的脱硫核心技术。在分析了脱硫装置取消烟气旁路后, 对脱硫系统设计和设备运行影响的各种因素,提出了解决的对策。在机组启停、事故工况时, 锅炉烟气仍将进入吸收塔脱硫处理, 并经冷却塔排入大气, 减少对大气的污染; 同时也杜绝了机组运行中擅自停运脱硫装置的可能, 为环保实时监控提供技术保障。

Abstract:Sanhe Power Plant Phase II is China's first power plant that eliminates flue gas bypass from FGD and uses independently developed NDCT with flue gas injection technology.This paper analyzes factors that influence FGD design and operation after eliminating flue gas bypass,and presents some solutions.Under unit startup,shut down,and accident conditions,flue gas will still be treated in absorbing tower before discharged into the air from cooling tower,reducing air pollution;in the mean time,it also prevents desulphurization device from stopping operation during unit operation,providing technical assurance for real-time environmental monitoring.
