摘    要:本文以某涡轮盘为模型,利用有限元分析的方法,对几种高温合金材料的涡轮盘进行了应力计算分析。利用AN-SYS参数化语言APDL编写了计算分析涡轮盘剖面参数化成形、应力分析及涡轮盘优化程序。采用一阶优化方法对涡轮盘进行了结构优化设计计算分析,实现了涡轮盘结构的参数化建模和优化设计一体化。试验结果表明改进后的涡轮盘结构合理可靠。

Abstract:Taking turbine discs as analyses model,the stresses of which made by several high-temperature alloy are calculated making use of the finite element method.The APDL language is used to design a program for the parametric shaping of the turbine discs,analyze of the stress and the optimizing of the turbine discs.The turbine disc structure is optimized by means of first-order method,and the integration of the parametric modeling and the optimization design is accomplished.The structure of the optimized turbine disc was applied,and the result of the experimentation indicated that the structure is reasonable and dependable.
