南水北调中线工程对汉江中下游"水华"影响及对策

摘    要:分析了汉江中下游河段“水华”发生的特征及主要影响因素,对南水北调中线工程实施后汉江中下游水文情势影响进行了预测。采用河流水体生态模型WQRRSQ对汉江水体生态系统变化过程进行模拟,预测南水北调中线一期工程实施后“水华”发生的频率。结果表明:调水不会引起汉江中下游“水华”年内持续时间的变化,也不会导致“水华”出现的年度数增加;引江济汉工程对汉江中下游目前“水华”现象将有较大程度的改善作用。并提出了控制汉江中下游富营养化的措施,以保持经济、社会和环境的协调发展。

Abstract:The features and major imfluence factors causing the algae bloom in the middle and lower reaches of the Hangjiang River are analyzed. The hydrologic condition after the implementation of the South?to?North Water Transfer Project is predicted. The ecologic model, called WQRRSQ, to simulate the change procedure of the aquatic ecological system in the Hangjiang River is adopted, and it can predict the occurrence frequency of the algae bloom after the project being completed. The study results indicate that none obvious change would appear concerning the duration of algae bloom within one year and its occurrance frequency among series years after or before the transfer water project. The diverting water project from Yangtze River to Hangjiang will greatly mitigate this undesirable algae bloom. The countermeasures for controlling eutrophication to maintain sustainable development of economic, society and environment in the middle and lower reaches of the Hangjiang River are proposed.
