鞋面材质与植物性填充材料对家居鞋保暖性的影响

摘    要:为了研究鞋面材质与植物性填充材料家居鞋内填充物保暖性的关系,选取了五种颗粒状填充材料,对含有相同填充物的摇粒绒样品和白坯布样品的保暖性进行研究。结果表明:植物性填充材料家居鞋的保暖性主要由填充物种类决定的,与鞋面材质无太大影响;当达到相同的取出温度时,摇粒绒样品需加热时间长于白坯布样品;摇粒绒样品与白坯布样品散热曲线基本相同,两者保暖可持续时间差异不大。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the shoes materials and the heat retention of functional home shoes,five kinds of filling materials and two kinds of shoes material(polar fleece and calico)were selected in this paper.The results show that the heat retention for the functional home shoes with the filler were mainly depended on the filler and there were not too much relationship for the shoes material.When the same extracted temperature was required,the heating time of the polar fleece was longer than that of the calico.For two different kinds of shoes material,the cooling curve was nearly the same and the heat retention time was not significantly different.
