摘    要:
为了使中厚板轧机辊型设计快捷且保持辊间各点接触压力相等,利用了压力沿板宽方向呈二次分布、板边缘处变形为平面变形的计算处理,从而使辊型设计更为方便.同时引入辊间接触压力的中、边部比值概念并作合理选择,使设计出的辊型更加完善.生产实际应用表明,新设计的辊型不仅明显降低了板凸度,同时使轧辊磨损均匀,辊耗量大大下降.

Abstract:
In order to make the camber design easier and keep contact pressure equal along rolls, we shall assume the pressure distribution to be quadratic along the width and the marginal deformation to be planar. The perfect camber design can be obtained by introducing the center/side ratio concept of contact pressure and choosing proper ratio. The practical application indicates that the new design not only reduces the convexity of the roll profile obviously, but also leads to homogeneous attrition of rolls and low roll wear.
