微更新视角下的历史文化街区保护与更新——苏州平江历史文化街区城市设计

历史文化街区作为城市社区的有机组成部分,由于其活态遗产的特殊性面临保护与发展、效率与公平、近期与长远的多重矛盾,亟需探索与之相适应的更新模式和方法.针对我国历史文化街区在保护与更新中面临的问题,引入微更新理念,探讨自下而上、上下联动的“微更新”模式在历史文化街区保护与更新中的应用,提出历史文化街区微更新应关注三个视角,即脉络修复、触媒带动和内生动力激活.并以苏州平江历史文化街区为例,阐述系统化的微更新方法和设计策略.

Protection and Renewal of Historical and Cultural Blocks at the Micro-level:A Case Study of Pingjiang Historic and Cultural Block in Suzhou

As an organic part of the urban community,the historic and cultural blocks are faced with multiple conflicts of protection and development,efficiency and fairness,short-term and long-term needs.Therefore,there is an urgent need to explore new modes and methods.In order to effectively protect and renew historic and cultural blocks in China,this article introduces the concept of micro-renewal,and explores its application in historic and cultural block regeneration.This article also points out three key issues in micro renewal practices:network repair,catalytic forces and activation of endogenous motivation.Taking Pingjiang Historic and Cultural Block in the city of Suzhou as an example,this article elaborates the "micro-renewal" concept and the corresponding design strategies.
