巷弄系统振兴与老城发展的民生转向——以厦门为例

以厦门为例,阐述巷弄系统振兴对于老城空间平衡发展的意义,从宏观战略角度探讨其与老城交通、产业、社会、遗产保护、绿化、旅游、基础设施等方面建设的民生转向的协调关联议题;由此对既往老城巷弄发展中存在的冷落化、过度商业化、简单形象化、自身孤立化等偏颇提出反思,建议通过相关法规条例、规范文件适时加强这方面的规划指引。

THE REVITALIZATION OF ALLEY SYSTEM AND THE DIVERSION OF LIVELIHOOD IN HISTORIC QUARTERS: TAKING XIAMEN AS AN EXAMPLE

This paper takes Xiamen as an example to explain the revitalization of alley system as well as its significance for the balanced development of historic quarters.From a macro strategic point of view,it discusses how revitalizing alley system is relevant to the diversion of livelihood on historic quarters in aspects such as transportation,industry,society,heritage protection,greening project,tourism,and infrastructure construction.Above all,it propounds introspections about alley system's existing problems such as being left over,excessive commercialized,simple visualization,being isolated,and so on.It also presents recommendations on optimizing timely planning guidance by refining and perfecting the related laws and policies.
