基于新国标的教学楼及电子设备雷击风险评估

摘    要:我国从2008年11月起实施GB/T 21714.2-2008建筑物防雷设计规范,它适用于建筑物和服务设施的雷击风险评估。基于新国标对某教学楼进行雷击风险评估,为新国标的应用和普及提供参考。首先对教学楼进行数据采集和分区,按照评估流程和方法对其进行雷击风险评估。将所得雷击风险值与风险容许值进行比较,得出评估结果。最后对教学楼及其内部的电子设备提出防雷建议。教学楼直接雷击的风险值和间接雷击的风险值都小于风险容许值,现有的防护措施基本能满足教学楼的防雷需要。

Abstract:China implements GB/T 21714.2-2008 protection against lightning design standards of buildings from November 2008,which applies to the lightning risk assessment of buildings and service facilities.lightning strike risk assessment on school building was carried out based on the new national standard,to provide reference for the application and popularization of the new national standards.data collection and subarea on the teaching building were carried out,as well as the lightning risk assessment according to the evaluation process and method.The results of the assessment was obtained by comparing the obtained Lightning risk values with allowed risk value.Finally,protection against lightning recommendations on school building and its internal electonic equipment was proposed.The risk values of direct and indirect lightning strike to the school building are less than allowed risk value,therefore,the existing protective measures can basically meet the needs of school building.
