基于案例分析的建筑工程质量事故现状与原因

工程质量是建设项目的生命，是项目成败的关键。对工程质量事故形成因素进行识别与分析，是控制和预防事故发生、提高工程质量的前提。本文选取111项典型工程质量事故案例，分析其事故现象、类型和原因。首先，根据事故现象和建筑类别对案例进行分类；再者，分析不同建筑类别的工程质量事故的分布情况；最后，从案例中提炼出13项建筑工程质量事故影响因素，通过文献梳理、专家访谈对因素进行补充，最终确定16项造成建筑工程质量事故的关键因素，并对影响因素之间的层次和因果关系进行剖析。

Current Status and Reason of Building Quality Defect Based on Case Study

Engineering quality is the anima of building project and the determinant element of success or fail.Identifying and analysis the reasons of engineering quality defect is prerequisite of improving engineering quality,prevention and control the quality defect appeared.The quality defect phenomena,types and reasons were analyzed based on 111cases of typical engineering quality defects.Firstly,the case types was classified according to the defect phenomena and building types;and then,analysis the distribution of different type of engineering quality defect;and at the last,13 effect reasons of engineering quality defects were selected from the cases,the effect factors were supplemented by literature review and experts interview.Finally,16 key reasons of which arouse the engineering quality defect were confirmed,the consequence and relationship among the factors were analyzed.
