摘    要:电网中性点接地是关系到电网安全可靠运行的关键问题之一。该文通过介绍中性点接地的基本概念,设计思想和理论联系实际的方法展开分析与研究。阐明了三峡35kV配电网络中性点采取消弧线圈接地方式的原因及解决其接线的具体措施,通过理论作用,并深入地了肖弧线圈的调整范围及方法。

Neutral Earthing of 35 kV Construction Power Supply System
Abstract:The neutral earthing for the electric network system is related to one of the critical factors for the safe and reliable operation of the eclectic network system. By introduction of the basic concept, design philosophy of the neutral earthing, and the method of integrating theory with practice, why the neutral earthing with blowout coil for the Three Gorge 35 kV electric distribution network and specific connection measures are taken are described. By analysis, the effect of the blowout coil is defined and its adjustment size and procedures are thoroughly discussed. The rationality of the setting value of 16.2 A for the blowout coils of the 35 kV neutral earthing is clearly explicated. The further improvement measures for the 35 kV distribution network and the inner links between the distribution and the earthing devices are specified, and accordingly, the specific measures to meet the requirements of stand by power supply of the left power plant for improvement of the 35 kV distribution network are presented.
