| 摘 要： | 针对当前机动车安全性能检测对便携式制动性能测试仪的发展需要,迫切要求对其自身计量性能进行校准.在分析了便携式制动性能测试仪工作原理的基础上,结合《便携式制动性能测试仪校准规范》,设计了便携式制动性能测试仪静态校准装置.该装置以C8051F350单片机和SEO9320Ⅱ光电轴角编码器为核心,包含机械校准平台,角度、重力加速度测量仪表等部件,具有性价比高、操作方便的特点.通过实验室静态校准测试数据,证实了该静态校准装置的测量精度、稳定性和可靠性.

| Abstract: | In view of the development needs of portable brake performance tester of motor vehicle safety testing, which is urgently required to calibrate its own measurement performanceOn the basis of working principle of portable brake performance tester,a static calibration device for portable brake performance tester is proposed under the combining the Calibration Specification for Portable Braking Performance Tester for Motor Vehicles For the core to the MCU C8051F350 and opticalelectric axial angle encoder SEO9320 11, the device consists of mechanic al calibration platform ,angle measurement instrument and gravitational acceleration measurement instrument with characteristics of cost-effective performance and convenient operation. Through static calibration experiment on laboratory, the resuh dataproves the measurement accuracy,stability andreliabilityofthe static calibration device. |
