| 摘 要： | 研究利用WebGIS的空间可视化和空间分析的方法以及虚拟现实的相关技术开发网上房产信息展示系统.给出系统架构和主要功能,重点对系统的邻近分析、专题地图和虚拟房屋等关键技术的原理、方法和应用过程进行的阐述.系统基于房产实时数据,运用最新的WebGIS和VR的相关技术,在网上对房产信息进行基于矢量地图和虚拟场景的展示,为房产商提供了一个集成先进技术、统一管理、科学决策、节省成本的产品展示平台.最后对系统的特点和应用进行了总结.

| Abstract: | Online real estate exhibition system is designed by using the method of spatial visualization and analysis in WebGIS, as well as the relevant technique in virtual reality. A system framework and its main functions are presented, and the principle, method and application of the system's key technologies such as proximity analysis, thematic map and virtual room are expatiated.The system based on real-time data from real estate development,by the lates, technology from WebGIS and VR, shows real estate information on web through vector maps and virtual scenes, and provides real estate developers with a product-exhibiting platform that integrates advanced technology, unified management, scientific decision-making and cost-cutting.The feature and current application of the system are summarized. |
