The key technique of super critical and ultra-super critical generating units is allround and is high difficult in designing and manufacturing.Finding and using the material of having high thermal intension,good maufacturability and low-price is crucial.The paper introduces the material property of ultra-super critical boiler steel SA-335P92.Through weldability tests and mechanical property tests of weld joints,we found out the weldability and mechanical property of the steel's weld joint and mastered the welding technology.It was the basic of manufacturing in the factory.
