中心龙卷流型搅拌槽流动特性的CFD研究

摘    要:运用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,对中心龙卷流型搅拌槽内部流场进行数值模拟,并且和标准搅拌槽进行了分析比较。结果表明:和标准搅拌槽相比,中心龙卷流型搅拌槽的功率准数较小,节能效果显著。流体流经导流板,可以获得较大的轴向速度,在槽中心可以形成理想的中心龙卷流,从而有利于固体颗粒的悬浮。

Abstract:The internal flow field of the central tornado flow stirring vessel has been simulated numerically by utilizing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD),and analytical comparison with the standard stirring vessel has been carried out. The results show that comparing with the standard stirring vessel the central tornado flow stirring vessel has lower power coefficient,the effect of energy saving is remarkable.A great axial velocity may achieve when the fluid flows through the guide plate,and a ideal central tornad...
