摘    要:采用生物微电解与高效接触氧化工艺相结合,利用WJ20型高效生物微电解填料和LK40型生物亲和性组合填料对生物制药废水进行了处理,并采用化学法对磷进行进一步处理。该工艺简单,挂膜好,处理效果稳定,处理成本低。实际运行结果表明,该工艺在进水CODCr500mg/L、BOD5250mg/L、氨态氮30mg/L、磷酸盐(以P计)15mg/L的条件下,处理后的出水CODCr<90mg/L、BOD5<20mg/L、悬浮物<60mg/L、pH6~9、氨态氮<10mg/L、磷酸盐(以P计)<0.5mg/L,完全达到DB44/26—2001中的一级标准。

Abstract:The composed process of biological micro-electrolysis and high performance contact oxidation is applied to treat biological pharmaceutical wastewater, applying WJ20 high-performance biomicroelectrolysis filters and LK40 biological composed filters, after which chemical process is applied to treat the residue of phosphate. The process is simple and has a great deal of advantages such as well suited biological layer growth, stable treatment and low operation expenses. The results show that as to the inlet wastewater with 500 mg/L of CODCr, 250 mg/L of BOD5, 30 mg/L of NH3 - N and 15 mg/L of P, the outlet water treated by this process is quite enough to meet the wastewater discharge standard of DB 44/26-2001, in which the concentration of CODCr is lower that 90 mg/L, the concentration of BOD5 is lower than 20 mg/L, the concentration of the suspending materials is lower than 60 mg/L, the pH value is between 6 and 9, the concentration of NH3 - N is lower than 10 mg/L and the concen-tration of P is lower than 0.5 mg/L.
