超声辅助法提取金针菇多糖的工艺优化

摘    要:通过单因素实验和正交实验优化了超声辅助法提取金针菇多糖的工艺条件。确定最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1:40(g:mL)、超声功率70w、超声时间10min、浸提温度50℃、浸提时间2h,此时,金针菇多糖提取率达到(3.14±0.14)%。

Abstract:The extraction conditions of Flam mulina velutipes polysaccharides by ultrasonic-assisted extrac- tion were optimized using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the op- timum extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1 : 40(g : mL), ultrasonic power 70 W, ultrasonic time 10 min,extraction temperature 50℃ ,and extraction time 2 h. The extraction rate of Flammulina velu- tipes polysaccharides was (3.14±0.14)% under above optimum conditions.
