分析了南通纺织服装业发展的优劣势,从宏观角度提出了南通纺织服装业投入先进生产要素、加强产业配套,提升品牌影响力,培养高端市场,加大生产性服务投入,建设信息化管理平台等升级途径,并具体指出了南通纺织服装业应在棉纺织业、家用纺织品业、服装服饰业、精茧丝绸业、化纤业和产业用业六大产业门类里实施转型升级工程,以推动南通纺织服装产业的发展。

Upgrading of Nantong Textile and Garment Industry

With the strengths and weaknesses of Nantong textile and garment industry analyzed,the paper proposed approaches to its upgrading;they are：to introduce advanced production factors,to strengthen the supporting industries,to improve the power of brands,to develop high-end market,to increase the productive service investment and to construct informatized management platform.It also pointed out specifically that Nantong textile and garment industry should implement its transformation and upgrading in the cotton textile industry,household textile industry,apparel industry,fine silk industry,chemical fiber industry and industrial industry so as to promote its development.
