浅谈高职院校辅导员队伍专业化建设

辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,其专业化水平的高低直接影响学生管理水平,也是当前高校理论界关注的热点之一。因此,不仅要在重点大学和本科院校强调辅导员专业化建设,相比之下,高职院校同样或者更需要进行辅导员专业化建设。文章主要从研究辅导员队伍专业化建设的内涵、意义入手,分析辅导员队伍专业化建设的现状,并提出高职院校辅导员专业化建设的设想及对策。

Briefly on professionalization construction of counselor staff in higher vocational colleges

Counselor is the backbone for the ideological and political education work of the college students and is an important component of the teaching staff in colleges and universities. Counselor＇s professional level directly influences the students management level and this is the focus of current college theory circle. Therefore, we should emphasize professionalization construction not only in the key universities or colleges, but also in the higher vocational colleges. From the connotation and significance of the professionalization construction, this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures.
