摘    要:断路器的运行可靠性对电力系统的安全运行有重要意义。针对电力系统的复杂性和故障的多样性,笔者采用模糊控制,建立了以电网运行状态为输入、断路器开断速度为输出的断路器模糊运动模型,并对模糊模型的隶属函数进行遗传优化,进而优化了智能操作模糊控制模型,为断路器智能控制的理论深入提出了一条新的思路。

Abstract:As an important protection and c ontrol equipment,the operation reliability of high voltage circuit breaker has a special meaning on the operation safety and reliability of electric system.Aim ing at the complexity of power system and the variety of circuit breaker faults ,a fuzzy model of open operation of circuit breaker with which power system par ameter as input,open velocity as output is proposed in this paper.Optimized thr ough genetic algorithm,the fuzzy model can accord with the open operation of ci rcuit breaker accurately.As a new method,the fuzzy model based on genetic algor ithm could be seen as another way for intelligent control of high voltage circui t breaker.
