摘    要:大型球罐由于结构的特殊性,其接管受到机械应力、温度应力、容器材质和制造缺陷等因素的综合作用,开孔附近易成为容器的破坏源。文中对大型球罐的接管补强结构进行了设计计算,并对插入式厚壁管补强结构和整体凸缘补强结构进行了应力分析比较。

Abstract:Nozzles of spherical tanks are subjected to the comprehensive effect of factors like mechanical stress , thermal stress as well as the vessel material and manufacturing deficiency , thus the areas close to the openings are prone to be the source for damage. This paper made design calculation of the nozzle reinforcement structure of large spherical tanks , and made stress analysis and comparison to reinforcement structure of inserted thick-wall tubes and that of integral flanges.
