芳烃抽提环丁砜降解问题分析及对策

摘    要:溶剂环丁砜的降解问题是多年来困扰芳烃抽提装置生产的关键问题。通过分析环丁砜的特性及降解因素,提出了控制系统温度、防止氧气和氯离子进入、正确使用添加剂和对再生塔进行过滤再生等对策,解决了环丁砜的降解问题。

Abstract:The degradation of solvent sulfolane is the key problem puzzling Aromatic Extraction Plant production for many years.By analyzing the property and degradation factors of sulfolane,this paper proposed the countermeasures such as controlling the system temperature,preventing oxygen and chlorine ions from entering into the system,properly using the additives and making filtration regeneration to the regeneration column,which solved the problem of sulfolane degradation.
