带孔板条在轴向冲击载荷下的动态应力集中研究

摘    要:采用弹性静力学的基本解,对弹性动力学方程进行加权处理,导出了计算动力学问题的边界元法公式,并编制了线性边界元程序,介绍了动力问题的电测实验方法,用边界元法和电测实验方法对冲击载荷作用下的带孔板条进行了动应力分析,两者结果符合得很好,然后用边界元法求得了不同材料,不同孔径的板条在几种轴向冲击载荷下的动应力特征,包括最大动应力、动应力集中系数等,并与静态特征进行了比较,由此得出了一些规律性的结论,可供工程参考应用。

Study of Dynamic Stress Concentration of Bar Board With Hole Under Axial Impact Load
Abstract:The dynamics formula of boundary element method was deduced after the elastic dynamics equation was weighted with elastic static foundational solution acting as weighting function. The linear boundary element method program was edited. The dynamics strain gauge measuring method was introduced. The dynamic stress concentration of bar board with hole under axial impact load is analyzed by the method of boundary element and strain gauge measuring method. The conclusions of the two methods are accorded well .The dynamic characters of bar boards with different material, hole and load by the boundary element method which includes most dynamic stress and the most dynamic stress concentration coefficient ,were compared with the static characters. Some conclusions were got which can be referred by the engineering technical people .
