| 摘 要： | 将硼酸分别与烷醇酰胺等反应６ｈ，合成了７种不同的硼酸酯类润滑油添加剂。将这些硼酸酯按总质量的２％分别加入基础油，并用四球机在６０ｋｇ负荷下测试。结果表明加入摩尔比为１∶１∶１的Ｎ 羟乙基乙酰胺、Ｎ，Ｎ 二羟乙基硬脂酰胺和硼酸反应的产物后磨痕直径最小，为０３３ｍｍ。

| Abstract: | Seven borates as lubricant additives were synthesized by reaction of boric acid with different alkyl alcohol acylamides and other compounds.The lubricants containing 2% of borates were evaluated using a four ball machine under 60kg.It was found that the borate which was synthesized from N (2 hydroxyethyl)acetamide,N,N bis(2 hydroxyethyl)stearamide,boric acid at 1∶1∶1 mole ratio had the smallest wear scar diameter(0.33mm). |
