工业双戊烯气相催化脱氢制对伞花烃的研究

摘    要:对工业双戊烯气相催化脱氢制备对伞花烃进行了研究并取得了理想结果。制备条件为:催化剂组成(PdO-S/C)为PdO5.52%,S0.25%,载气流量N20.020m3/h,反应温度280℃,进样量1ml/min,产品得率966%,对伞花烃含量857%。主要副产物为莰烷、异莰烷及对艹孟烷。

Abstract:Preparation process of p cymene with gas phase catalytic dehydrogenation of industrial dipentene was studied and the following results were obtained.Composition of catalyst (PdO-S/C):PdO 5.52%,S 0.25%;flow of reaction carrier gas (N 2):0.020m 3/h;feeding speed of industrial dipentenes:1.0ml/min;reaction temperature:280℃;yield of product:96.6%;p cymene in product:85.7%;main by products:camphane,isocamphane and p menthane.
