低碳合金钢链条的强韧化处理

摘    要:采用20Cr低合金钢代替低碳钢经强韧化处理后,链条的强度,硬度及冲击韧性有很大提高,从而提高了使用寿命,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Cr low carbon alloyed steel was used to replace low carbon steel.After high malleableized treatment,the strength,hardness and impact toughness of low carbon alloyed steel chain was enhanced much.So service life of the chain was enhanced and its cost of production was reduced.
