| Abstract: | Firstly,the definition of the chaos theory is clearly indicated,then Theory origin and history is analyzed,and then the intrinsic characteristics of its that are inner randomness and sensitivity to initial value in architecture and city is concretely analyzed,finally,the significance in architectural design of the chaos theory is pointed out. |
