商业地产的LSC模式探讨

针对当前国内商业地产主要发展现状和存在问题,整理了几条商业设计中需遵循的规律,澄清设计过程中容易存在的一些误解;结合考察上海当地一部分口碑较好的商业项目的体验,讨论生活体验式购物中心LSC（lifestyle shopping center）趋势对人们生活的影响。最后通过体验式商业的各种尝试,指出在当前商业化和城市化大潮中,设计师从传统文化、古老文明、自然源泉中为都市人寻求人文精神关怀的重要性。

Explorations of LSC Model of Commercial Real Estates

First of all,on the basis of main developmental status and the existing problems in current domestic commercial real estate market in China,the author sorts out several rules / patterns that the designs of commercial real estate need to follow and clarifies some misconceptions that likely exist in the process of design. Secondly,combined with her field experiences drawn from some commercial projects that are widely referred and recognized locally in Shanghai,the author discusses the trends of LSC ― Lifestyle Shopping Centers and their influences on the lifestyles of people. Finally,through various experiences with commercial lifestyle shopping centers / malls,the author points out that in the current tides of commercialization and urbanization,it is very important for architects / designers to seek for metropolitan residents the humanistic spirits of care from traditional culture,ancient civilization and natural sources.
