摘    要:目的分析寒冷地区硫酸软骨素产率及产品品质低下的原因,改良生产工艺以提高产率和产品质量。方法以猪、牛、羊气管软骨为原料,用碱解和酶解相结合的方法提取硫酸软骨素。综合考虑寒冷地区各种特殊因素,增加碱洗脱脂。设计了浓度梯度实验,得出最佳工艺条件。结果产量可达10.5%,比原工艺提高3%~3.5%,纯度达90%以上。结论分析出寒冷地区硫酸软骨素产率及产品品质低下的主要原因,改良的工艺使产品产率及质量都有明显提高。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the reason for the low productivity and quality on producing the chondroitin sulfate in cold region, and to improve the production technology to raise the efficiency obviously as well as the product quality. Methods The method of integration of alkaline hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis was used to extract chondroitin sulfat from the tracheal cartilage of animals, such as pig, cow and sheep. Comprehensively considering various special factors in cold region, the alkaline washing process and concentration gradient experiment were added. Results Through technology optimization, the yield of chondroitin sulfate was up to 10.5%, which was 3%-3.5% higher than that of the primary technology. The purity was more than 90%. Conclusion The reason for the low productivity and quality on producing the chondroitin sulfate in cold region is understood. It is proved that the new production technology presented in this passage can raise the efficiency and quality.
