摘    要:介绍了用无线电遥测技术对300MW等级汽轮机低压转子末级自由叶片和整圈连接叶片两种型式叶片进行的动频测试试验测试系统和测试方法。此外,根据调频叶片和整圈连接叶片避免共振的安全条件对试验结果进行了分析。动频测试时振动信号良好表明,该无线电遥测系统测试技术是成熟和有效的。

Abstract:This article describes the dynamic frequency testing system and method,adopting radio remote technology used for last stage free blades of LP rotor and continuously coupled blade-disk of 300MW steam turbine.The test results are to be analyzed based on the safe conditions to avoid resonance of tuned blade and continuously coupled blade-disk.The vibration testing signal is proved to be good,showing that the testing system and method are mature and effective.
