| 摘 要： | 近年来,国内外对BIM技术在建筑行业中的应用越来越重视,BIM已成为未来建筑行业技术的发展趋势。该文介绍了BIM技术的起源、标准和技术特点,分析了BIM技术的应用对建筑行业带来的变化,讨论了BIM技术在实际应用中存在的问题并提出对策。最后得出了BIM技术的应用需要建筑全行业一起参与,共同推进。

Research on Application of BIM Technology in Construction Industry |

| Abstract: | In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the application of BIM technology in the construction industry at home and abroad. BIM has become the future development trend of the construction industry. This paper introduces the origin of BIM technology, standards and technical characteristics, analyzes the change of the application of BIM technology in the construction industry, and discusses the BIM technology in the practical application problems and countermeasures. Finally, it is concluded that the application of BIM technology needs the participation and joint promotion of the whole construction industry. |
