摘    要:智能变电站建立在IEC61850通信规范基础上,实现一次设备智能化和二次设备网络化。继电保护功能不再是由单一装置来实现,而是由合并单元、继电保护装置、智能终端通过光纤连接组成一个系统来实现。传统的保护屏硬压板由GOOSE软压板来实现,二次回路全部由光纤代替,模拟信号全部数字化,二次设备保留的检修压板也带来了全新的检修机制。通过比较与传统变电站试验方法的区别,结合作者实际经验提出针对智能变电站的试验方法,并进一步提出检修时的安全措施。

Abstract:Intelligent substation was built on the basis of IEC 61850 communications specifications to achieve the in- telligence of primary equipment and the networking of secondary equipment. The relay protection function is no longer achieved by a single device, but by a system that connecting merging unit, relay protection devices and intelligent ter- minals via optical fiber. The traditional protective screen hard plate is achieved by GOOSE soft platen, all secondary circuit replaced by an optical fiber, the analog signals are all digital, secondary equipment overhaul platen reserved also brought a new repair mechanism. By comparing the difference with the test methods of traditional substation, combined with the practical experience it proposed test method for smart substation and further proposed the security measures for overhaul.
