| 摘 要： | 茂名乙烯2#乙烯装置是其100万t/a乙烯改扩建工程的主体装置,其心脏设备64万t级裂解气压缩机,是至今国内最大的国产裂解气压缩机。在压缩机首次试车开车过程中,遇到了振动超标等故障,采用美国ROCKWELL-ENTEK关键机组在线监测系统进行在线实时监测,综合分析机组故障原因,提出合理的解决方案,最终实现一次投料开车成功。

| Abstract: | 2# ethylene equipment is the major part of 1 million capability expansion project in Maoming ethylene company.The key 640 kiloton capability compressor is the largest one China-made till now.In its first test run,the vibration beyond standard limit was encountered.Using high-speed online acquisition system(from Rockwell entek) to monitor multiple point vibration of the compressor in real time mode,the reasonable resolve methods was advised,so the machine starting-up successfully one-time. |
