数字伺服压力机控制系统的研究

摘    要:根据曲柄连杆压力机工艺要求和伺服电机控制的原理,提出基于现场总线的ARM控制系统并对控制系统的软硬件及其组成进行了分析和研究.由于采用低成本、高性能32位的ARM控制器,系统可根据压力加工控制的要求,重新架构控制系统并由CAN总线实现通讯和并行控制,其中每个子功能模块都具有独立的控制和通讯功能,易于组态复杂控制系统.

Abstract:According to the features and processing requirement of crank and connecting rod and servo motor control principle, the ARM control system based on the field-bus was designed, and the software, hardware and composition of the control system were introduced. Because of the low-cost, high-performance 32 - bit core ARM controller, the system can be reconstructed according to needs of crank processing, which can communicate via CAN bus and realize multi-parallel control. Every sub-function modules has a independent control and communication function. It is easy to eonfigurate a complex control system.
