摘    要:提出一种基于Logix齿轮的多齿轮泵,并讨论其流量特性。Logix齿轮的无根切最少齿数小,容易小型化,适合于齿轮泵的应用。用2个Logix齿轮构成二齿轮泵,则脉动比较大,难以实用化。用3个Logix齿轮依次啮合构成多齿轮泵,位于中间的齿轮作为主动轮,与两侧的从动轮构成2个子泵。通过合适的管道配流,可以使得多齿轮泵的流量增大1倍。多齿轮泵中,主动轮的齿数决定了多齿轮泵的流量脉动状况。主动轮的齿数为偶数情况下,子泵的流量变化情况相同,不能相互补偿,结果脉动与二齿轮泵相同;而主动轮的齿数为奇数情况下,子泵的流量变化能够相互补偿,脉动比二齿轮泵大大减小。
