几种食品原料对双歧杆菌体外促生长效果初探

研究了3种食品原料对双歧杆菌的体外促生长作用，结果表明，3种食品原料对双歧杆菌均有促生长作用，对两歧双歧杆菌具有较好体外促生作用的组合为：胡罗卜汁（CJ）2％，牛奶（M）5％，香菇浸提物（LE）2％；对长双歧杆菌具有较好体外促生长作用的组合：CJ为2％，M为2％，LE为2％，其中，香菇浸提物对双歧杆菌的体外促生长作用较大，同时，胡萝卜汁与香菇浸提取物的最适添加量均与牛奶的添加量有关。

Elementary research on effect of the external stimulation about some food materials to bifidobacteria

As bifidus factors,some kinds of food materials can promote the growth of species of bifidobacteria,a genus of bacteria beneficial to health.Selective stimulation of three kinds of food materials were tested.The results show that the growth of B.bifidum(B.b)and B.longum(B.l)is stimulated by the three kinds of food materials,the optimum levels for them to B.b is carrot juice(CJ)2%,milk(M)5%,Lentinus edodes extract(LE)2% and to B.l :CJ2%,M2%,LE2%.The extract of Lentinus edodes(LE)can be great effect of the growth of B.bifidum and B.longum.At the same time,the levels of CJ and LE are both influenced by the level of M.
