| 摘 要： | 以武汉市城中村人居环境系统特征为例,发掘城中村在其自组织演化过程中,所承担的特殊城市社会功能。纯粹市场化的城中村改造模式忽略了其已有的良性社会功能,因而在发挥市场效率的同时,也容易忽视大量弱势群体的公平发展机会,不利于营造多样化、富于活力的城市社会生态环境。应以人居环境可持续发展为目标,重新审视并适时调整市场化改造城中村的策略及相应规划技术,以适应转型期城市空间的社会需求。

| Abstract: | With the environment characteristics of urban villages in Wuhan as examples,this paper examines the special social function of urban villages in cities during its self-organization process. It argues that the urban village renovation in a totally marketled situation would reduce its positive effects on the society and therefore could not provide the disadvantaged group the same development opportunities as the other groups. It would be against developing a diversified and vigorous urban social environment. With the sustainable development of human settle-ment as a target it is necessary to re-examine and adjust the existing strategies of urban village renovation and planning techniques to adapt to the social demand for urban space in transitional period. |
