微环谐振腔中非线性开关效应的理论研究

摘    要:该文利用耦合器的耦合矩阵,研究了非线性微环谐振腔的开关特性。研究表明,光场在微环谐振腔中的自相位调制,会引起谐振频率的偏移。利用谐振腔的谐振以及非线性效应,可以实现在不同的频率处,由输入功率来诱导直通/下路型微环谐振腔输出的开关特性。同时频率失谐量较小时,实现非线性开关效应所需的最小阈值功率也较小。

Abstract:Utilizing the coupling matrix of optical couplers,this paper analyzes the switching characteristics of nonlinear microresonator( MR) system. The research results show that the nonlinear effect of self-phase modulation within MR can induce the shift of resonance frequency. Making use of the MR's resonance and nonlinear effect,the change of input power at various frequency can lead to the switching between the two output ports of through / drop in microresonator system. It also finds that the decrease of the detuning frequency of input field results in a decrease of threshold power of nonlinear switching.
