| 摘 要： | 激光雕刻工艺应用于纺织、皮革等面料,开拓了面料再造与图纹设计的新途径。文章归纳了激光雕刻的常见工艺形式:雕镂刻花和蚀刻印花;分析了激光雕刻的图案类型及应用特点,对不同品种面料适合开发产品提出建议;并指出了今后发展应用的趋势及产品开发要点:不同雕刻工艺的综合应用,以及不同设备、工艺的结合应用。

| Abstract: | Laser engraving process is applied to such fabrics as textile and leather and exploits a new path for fabric reconstruction and pattern design. This paper summarizes common process forms of laser engraving-chasing engraving and etching printing, analyzes pattern types and application features of laser engraving, makes suggestions on products appropriate for different types of fabrics and points out the future trend of development and application and key points of product development： integrated application of different engraving processes and combined application of different equipment and processes. |
