| 摘 要： | 在化工行业中,列管式换热器接触的介质大都有腐蚀性。为了节约成本和解决腐蚀问题,采用耐蚀堆焊管板是比较理想的方法,因此介绍了列管换热器耐蚀堆焊管板的制作方法、焊接工艺评定、热处理工艺及在制作过程中的注意事项。

| Abstract: | In the chemical industry, most of the medium in contact with the shell and tube heat exchanger is corrosive. In order to save cost and solve the problem of corrosion, it is ideal method to use the corrosion proof overlaying welding tube sheet. The welding procedure evaluation, heat treatment process and matters needing attention in the fabrication process of the shell and tube heat exchanger tube sheet with corrosion proof overlaying welding were introduced in detail. |
