| 摘 要： | 在由五倍子提取的单宁酸中,通常存在着一定量的焦性没食子酸,采用乙腈、四氢呋喃和水在pH值为3的条件下利用Luna C18色谱柱可以很好地将焦性没食子酸与单宁酸中其它组分分离,并测定焦性没食子酸含量,该方法简单可行,已应用于工业生产.

| Abstract: | There are some pyrogallol acid in the tannic acid distilled from gallnut.The pyrogallol acid and other compositions can be well separated by HPLC on a Luna C_18 column with acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water as mobile phase under the condition of pH=3.And the content of pyrogallol acid can be simply and successfully determined.This method has been applied in the industrial analysis. |
