| 摘 要： | 完成了荧光检测系统、PCR热循环扩增系统、DNA核酸定量分析诊断系统等仪器关键技术研究，针对乳品检验及临床应用要求．在国家权威部门完成了仪器性能检测、使用验证、临床试验等全过程，实现了产品化和应用示范，并达到了准确性、安全性和有效性的要求。 |

| Abstract: | The real-time quantitative PCR detection system(qPCR system) is the key instrument in the area of nucleic acids detection,molecular diagnosis and life science.This style of apparatus relied on importation,which tends to high expenditure.Our project has completed researching on the key technologies about fluorescent detecting system,thermal cycling amplification system and nucleic acid quantitative analysis system in the qPCR system.Furthermore,this project has developed the whole qPCR system,taken the performance testing and finished the clinical experiment.The product can meet the needs of the security and validity for the clinical use,so it finally becomes available for the market. |
