This new technological process about continuous casting billet hot charging had achieved patent.It emphasizes the integration of systems of steelmaking,continuous casting and the pipe mill,their production capacity is the same.The production of steelmaking and continuous casting should be based on the capacity of pipe mill.This hot charging system includes the walk beam preheated furnace,high temperature furnace and rotary hot saw can heat the continuous casting billets and cut length.The system also includes the process control computer system and production management computer system.It has compact layout and smooth production process.Hot charge percentage can reach 75%~80%,Hot charge temperature can reach 650~800℃,saving energy,reducing the investment,improving the yield.
