| Abstract: | The water level in the boiler drum of a 200 MW unit dropped sharply during the switching of the feed pumps. In this regard, an analysis is made in terms of the configuration logic of the distributed control system (DCS) as well as operation. Corresponding precautionary measures are also offered. |
