| 摘 要： | 作为市政府派驻南京长江第三大桥工程建设的监督机构，在对工程质量管理的监督过程中，围绕“工程优质，干部优秀”的目标，做好质量管理人员行为的监督，做好质量管理体系规范性监督检查，做好质量管理流程中程序性监督检查，是廉政监察机构在工程质量管理中的根本、前提和重点。

| Abstract: | Accredited by the Nanjing Municipal Government to the construction of the third Nanjing Yangtze Bridge,and with "Excellent leading cadres serve top quality project" as its main goal,the official cleanness and honesty supervisory office identifies its task of fundamental importance,which is to bring the activities of quality management staff,the quality standardization management and the procedural matters in quality management process under its careful supervision and inspection. |
