基于AutoCAD的模板式CAPP实现

根据企业的生产现状。提出了模板式的工艺设计方式，以满足系列化产品的工艺设计要求。介绍了从工艺模板数据库中调出样件工艺进行编辑以生成新的工艺数据；采用AutoCAD块属性实现工序图模板的参数化；并采用这种技术从工艺数据库中读取数据，集中自动地填写到工艺卡片模板中以生成工艺信息卡，实现工艺信息的集中输出，提高了工艺设计的效率，减轻了工艺人员的劳动强度。

The Realization of template CAPP based on AutoCAD

According to the currency in manuf ac tures,a means of template processing desig n,was proposed to meet the processi ng design of serial products.The template processing read from processing datab ase must be edited to the new pro cessing.A means to semi-parametic process ch arts with blocks and attributes of AutoCAD was focused on in this article.Proce ssing information was collected from the process database to fill in the tem-pl ate,to make process information cards,and to realize the integrate output of process information.Through this the efficiency can be raised,and the labor of engineering can be saved evidently.
