摘    要:采用浸渍法制备硅钨酸/硅胶催化剂.以环己酮和乙二醇为原料,合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮.考察了环己酮与乙二醇物质的量比、硅钨酸/硅胶催化剂用量、反应时间对收率的影响.结果表明,硅钨酸/硅胶催化剂是合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,确定了最佳合成条件:n(环己酮):n(乙二醇)=1:1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.36%...

Abstract:A new environmental friendly catalyst,H4SiW12O40/silica gel was prepared with the method of impregnation.Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized with cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol as the materials and with H4SiW12O40/SG as the catalyst.The effect of the ratio of n(cyclohexanone):n(glycol),catalyst dosage and reaction time on the yield was investigated.The results have shown that silicotungstic acid/ silica gel is a good catalyst for the synthesis of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal.The optimum synthesi...
