| 摘 要： | 讨论计算机水流量PLC监控系统。选用电磁流量计和经典文丘里管流量计系统。结合组态王6．5制作出人机界面，把组态王与PLC进行连接，组态王与PLC间不断进行交换数据，通过组态王画面实时反映现场流量，温度，压力的实时变化情况，然后定义与组态王实时数据库中变量相对应的监控系统中的设备，通过PLC采集设备的数据，并通过通信接口把数据传输给计算机。

| Abstract: | Mainly discuss the design of computer monitoring water flow PLC system.Select electromagnetic flow-meter and classical Venturi meter system.Combined with Kingview 6.5 to establish the man-machine interface,connect Kingview with PLC.Kingview exchanges data with PLC.Kingview reflects the variation of local flow,temperature and pressure.Then,define equipments in monitoring system related with variables in Kingview real-time database.PLC acquires the equipment data and transforms the data into computer through communication interface. |
